Delaney and Todd had the picture-perfect wedding day. HollyHedge Estate set the perfect stage for their wedding with its elegant and rustic look.
After getting ready, we decided to do the first look in the Old Barn which had large windows with beautiful lighting that really made this moment magical. I loved their expressions as they saw each other for the first time in their wedding outfits.
There was a constant light rain throughout the day, which had just stopped in time for us to step outside for some photos, and thanks to the cloudy sky, we had a very soft and pleasant lighting which made for some gorgeous portraits as we walked around this historic venue.
Much thought and effort had gone into the design and decor of this wedding and I am absolutely in love with all of its details. Delaney's accessories included a ring that her grandmother gave her. Todd's mom had made origami flowers which were placed on each table, and Delaney's aunt had made a card box for their gift table. Their ceremony and reception decor was stunning and I tried to capture enough details before the guests arrival.
Shortly after, the guests began entering and ceremony began. As part of their unity ceremony, they both pressed roses into a scrapbook while Delaney’s cousin sang “Can You Feel the Love Tonight”. What a magical moment as her voice echoed throughout the historic barn! After they shared their first kiss as a married couple, they exited while the guest filled the air around them with bubbles. At the end of their ceremony they asked for all of their guests to gather for a group picture before heading to the reception. The music which included some of my favorite musicals, as well as the incredible food, made for a perfect gathering with friends and family. They had their first dance, toasts, ice-cream cake, dancing, and more dancing throughout the night. I am honored to have been able to capture these memories for them. Here are only a few of my favorite photos from that day.
